What’s Included: -Three professional movers w/ extra time for careful handling + dedicated lead for planning & quality control. -26' Truck + first 10 km included; ($2.00 per km for each add'l km) -Long carry(s) under 75 ft & (1) flight of stairs. -Light packing & labeling (kitchen/bath/closet); (by request - to be determined) -Elevator & building coordination; we’ll try to work with concierge/strata. ↪️ *Overall Owners Responsibility* -Commercial insurance protection included; ↪️ Additional valuation add-ons "possibly" available upon request. -Specialty/oversize items without notice; ( items <200 lb or under).
